The hotel location is unbeatable. The rate included a basic but decent breakfast buffet offered from Monday-Friday. The rooms are quite dated and in an urgent need of a good renovation. The carpet at the rooms are ghastly, burned, dirty, torn and burned. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. They truly make a difference.

Well located. Too expensive for the level of the hotel. Staff was super kind, however, we left our rental car in the valet parking and they scratch it and told us nothing, we found out when we went to return the car and had to pay for the damage... Rooms are cute but many things broken towel rack, toilet paper rack, night lamp. All and all not the best hotel

The hotel was great and large rooms. Breakfast not worth it. We read some reviews about the bells but really the bells go off all over town and at night they tone them down so if you sleep light request an inside room or leave the TV on you don't even really notice them. There is some city noise but it's down town center. And we had a corner room road way bellow I rather have the views. Stunning architecture...

Great facility, decent prices. Located in the middle of bustling Square, the Gran hotel has street shopping, stores, and more very near by. At night the squares are full of people selling, buying, and just going for a walk. The hotel itself was very clean. Rooms were spacious and accommodating. Bathrooms are large with an impressive shower. All very clean and the staff is welcoming. The hotel does have hot showers, wifi, and breakfast just up the stairs. As a whole, the structure is large and impressive with Mexico styling. We have a sizeable group and we're happy with our stay.

Beautiful hotel old world look and feel. The hallways have high arched ceilings. I have stayed here a lot ant have always enjoyed my time here. Hotel is located in the middle of the thriving downtown with street food and vendors every place you walk.

The hotel is in a great location close to everything and is pretty. There is no air conditioning anywhere but your room so it is very hot walking around. The service is not great. Both times i stayed here it took an extremely long time to park my car and retrieve it. Like 25 minutes!! Totally unacceptable. Also the staff needs better trained because I asked multiple times when the breakfast was and was told 10am when it actually goes from 6 to 10 so i missed out on breakfast and was not happy. The manager did agree to buy me breakfast at a nearby restaurant so that was nice and I'll give service 3 stars now.I probably would not stay here again for these reasons though.
